Geoff Moore
Managing Director

Geoff has had over forty years experience in the health industry both within the Hospital system as a CEO and as a consultant in Facility Planning and Project Direction / Project Management.

With an Honours graduate in Management Geoff has a strong background in Strategic Project Direction, Health Facility Planning and Operational Commissioning.

He has had extensive experience in the design management and project management of hospitals in both Australia and internationally.

Geoff established Capworks Management in 1989 and has continued a "hands on" involvement in projects.

Terry O'Sullivan

Terry, with a degree in Civil Engineering, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry as a design engineer, site superintendent, contract administrator, project manager and Project Director.

He has worked on educational, health, civic, institutional, retail and heritage projects including recent projects in rural areas, particularly the far northern regions.

Terry has also had over ten years experience with the Department of Public Works involving numerous educational facilities, including six years as the Regional Manager for Project Services – Sunshine Coast and Wide Bay, program managing the Education Capital Works program worth up to $60 M per year.

Prior to joining Capworks Management, Terry undertook the role of Senior Project Manager for Brisbane City Council.

Maree Anderson
Senior Project Manager

Maree has over twenty-eight years experience in the construction industry in varied roles including principal and senior project management, client program management, quantity surveying, contract administration and design documentation of both small and major projects for Public Sector clients.

Her professional skill-set is varied and includes strategic forward planning, on-site project management, contracts management and senior leadership gained from roles in Australia, England, Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.

In her varied roles, Maree has resolved complex project matters and negotiated at a high level to positively influence project outcomes.

Michael Mahon
Senior Project Manager

Forty years experience in the construction industry involving design, construction management and/or administration of both small and large projects provides a sound background for Mike’s continued consulting role with Capworks Management.

His expertise in both dealing with a myriad of different user groups and contractors has been invaluable in our undertaking of Project Management roles on both the Princess Alexandra Hospital and Royal Brisbane Hospital campuses.

In addition to work undertaken for Health, Mike has a strong commercial background in both civil/structural and building projects encompassing apartment buildings, swimming pool complex, town houses, sub divisions, road works resumptions, commercial and residential premises

Linda Lee
Senior Project Officer

Linda’s career spans 30 years and encompasses all aspects of project contract administrative duties through to accounting administration for both Public and Chartered Accountants.

In her employment with Capworks Management, Linda has been responsible for the day to day project administration aspects on most of our projects. She strives for perfection, is a team player and is well regarded by her peers for both her honesty and hardworking approach.

Linda's ability on Working to tight deadlines, attention to detail, report writing, minute taking and liaison with all levels of Government has made her a valuable asset to the firm.

Duncan McLeod
Senior Finance Officer

Duncan’s career spans 30 years and encompasses all aspects of accounting from general financial administrative duties at the Commercial Bank through to more senior financial responsibilities including the supervision of staff, the development of a model to forecast future revenues and the preparation and monitoring of an annual budget revenue of $1.3B for the State Government of Victoria and the Transport Accident Commission. In his employment with Capworks Management, Duncan has been responsible for the financial aspects and the reporting on all of our projects.

Bill Geerlings

Bill is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in facility management and the development of major teaching hospitals in Victoria.

Since joining Capworks Management, Bill has undertaken the role of Project Director of the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Redevelopment and the new Gold Coast University Hospital project in Southport.

He also had a leadership role in the development and preparation of strategic asset management plans for health facilities and educational facilities in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia.
