Project Description

· Review the governance arrangements for the project and ensure that they comply with the draft QH policy for the governance of infrastructure delivery projects.

· Review the current status of the project and provide advice to ensure project success.

· Review the current procurement method for the existing and future projects and advise on most appropriate strategy that matches the risk profile and complexity of the projects.

· Work with the existing consultants to ensure that the allocated staff has the appropriate level of expertise to meet project needs.

· Work with the construction contractor to revise the building schedule and identify a building schedule that ensures the efficient use of resources and meets project budget and milestones
